Qualifications
Private Bank and Private Wealth Management clients utilize two websites, the J.P. Morgan OnlineSM Investment Site and the J.P. Morgan Online Banking Site. The Internet Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and supporting both sites.
Analysts will manage site enhancements, issue resolution, and ad hoc projects, requiring a strong knowledge of all of the systems that feed PB/PWM Internet sites, and requiring the ability to quickly identify the root cause of an issue. In this capacity, analysts must also possess knowledge of the services and products offered by PB/PWM.
Analysts will manage reporting and perform ad hoc data analysis. Analysts will also support and/or manage release testing, administer training, and participate in site development and testing. Some weekend and evening work is required to support website releases.
RESPONSIBILITIESDiagnose and document technical/data issues and monitor in-house tools for system failures; Escalate issues to appropriate IT area for resolution; Escalate to PB/PWM Internet senior management when appropriate.Track technical issue resolution; Assist Internet Service Center with escalated issues; Independently manage break-fix resolution for some issues as directed by the Internet Product Manager; Prioritize work load; Always be aware of operational constraints.Support project managers in executing site development projects; Manage small ad hoc projectsPrepare monthly metrics reports: monitor site usage; track issue resolution; Execute ad hoc data requestsTrack enhancement requests for Internet sites; independently manage some enhancement projects as directed by the Internet Product ManagerSeize or create opportunities to advance one's knowledge of tools and services (like bill pay or personal financial management); Serve as team Subject Matter Expert on several applications; Write, organize, update, and standardize documentation for applicationsFormulate and manage UAT test plans for 8-12 releases per year; Execute test scripts and release checkouts; Some weekend and evening work is requiredPeriodically create or update Internet site training materials; Manage communication of site changes to the Front Office, Client Service and end usersCreate and contribute to an environment of cooperation through information exchange with other team members
