Our client is a major premier bank with strong financial performance and provides sophisticated products and services to its global network of clients. It is recruiting a dynamic finance professional as its Head of Cost Management for its Institutional Banking & Global Markets businesses.

You will be responsible for the cost & performance management for the Support functions (including Legal, Compliance, Risk & Finance). The role covers budgeting, forecasting, attribution analysis and reporting of variances. You will support the various Regional Heads for the Support Functions, interact with the respective business COOs / CFOs and various Country CFOs on investment analysis, costing, reporting and management.

Degree qualified, you will have at 10 years of experience in finance, of which at least 1-2 years should have been in cost management.  Relevant experience gained at a major global bank is preferred but not a must. You are driven, commercial, proactive, strategic and solution-orientated in your approach. You have a strong potential to progress your career beyond the initial role.
